Zoom Setup & Technical Assistance
Getting Started
You will need to setup an account with ZOOM. You can find a link to their website HERE. Once you have an account, you may need to download the ZOOM software onto your computer. Creating an account and downloading the software is free. We highly recommend that you sign up with an account and download ZOOM at least 2 days before your first class.
You are ready for classes!
Joining Classes
If you have signed up for a class, you will receive an email 4-7 business days before the class. This email will have a reminder about the class and a link to join the class when the day arrives. On the day and time of the class (we recommend trying to join 15 minutes prior, so that you can call us with any technical difficulties) you will go into that email that we sent you and click the link to join the meeting.
Technical Assistance
We offer technical assistance if you need help with setup or experience difficulties on the day of class. Feel free to bring in your laptop or call (208) 323-6087 during regular business hours. Technical assistance is free!
